Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the games published by Moonraise (the “Games”). By downloading or playing a Game, you accept them. On iOS, the Apple Standard EULA also applies.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Games for private, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell or distribute the Games, except where the law expressly allows it.

Free Games, ads and purchases

The Games are free to download and may display ads. Optional in-app purchases (for example, removing ads) are sold and billed by Apple or Google, under their own terms, including their refund policies. A purchase is linked to your store account and can be restored from the Game.

Your progress

Progress is saved on your device only. We cannot recover it if you delete the Game, change device or reset your device.

Availability

We do our best to keep the Games working, but they are provided “as is”. We may update, change or stop a Game at any time. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual property

The Games and all their content (code, graphics, sounds, texts, names) are protected by intellectual property law and remain our property or that of our licensors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Before any legal action, please contact us so we can try to find an amicable solution.
