Privacy policy

This policy applies to the website moonraisestudio.com and to every game published by Moonraise (the “Games”). Moonraise is the trading name of a French sole proprietorship, the data controller, identified in the legal notice.

In short

• No account, no sign-up: we never ask for your name, email or password.
• Your progress is saved only on your device.
• Some Games show ads. Our advertising partner may process your device’s advertising identifier, only with your consent where the law requires it.
• In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple or Google. We never see your payment details.

Data stored on your device

Your progress, settings and purchases status are stored locally on your device. We have no server and cannot access this data. Uninstalling the Game deletes it.

Advertising

Our free Games are funded by ads served through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies) and the ad networks it works with. To show and measure ads, these partners may collect:

• your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android);
• technical data: device model, operating system, language, approximate location derived from your IP address;
• interactions with ads (views, clicks).

On iOS, the advertising identifier is only shared if you allow it in the App Tracking Transparency prompt. In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, personalised ads are only shown with your consent; otherwise ads are contextual. You can withdraw your consent at any time, or reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.

These partners act under their own privacy policies, in particular the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. Some of them are based outside the European Union; such transfers are governed by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).

In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their own terms. We only receive confirmation that a purchase is valid, never your identity or payment details.

Website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Our host (Cloudflare) processes technical connection data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site and protect it against attacks.

Children

Our Games are not directed at children under 13 (15 in France, 16 in some EU countries). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Since we hold no data about you on our side, most requests concern our advertising partners: we will help you reach them. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.

Changes

We may update this policy, for example when a new Game is released. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
